While those prices are certainly attainable, it will depend on what company/companies the carriage agreement is/are with. If the pr comes out and it is not a recognizable name, the pps will most likely drop unless a positive spin, with reference to ongoing negotiations with a major carrier,is put on it. If a pr comes out and mentions Comcast, Directv, Cox and it state we will be on their schedule, a nickle or more is achievable. The rumors circulating around after the close range from deals with a truly major carrier (Directv) to two contracts with very, very small carriers. We'll have to wait and see.
