Perhaps my message is misunderstood. It is not the product that raises concerns but the business of 'American Scientific Resources' and those associated with it. The fact remains that ASFX holds no patent rights and any information suggesting that it was 'invented' by a pediatrician in FL. is misinformation. It tends to cloud the real issue of mere 'exclusivity' rights thought to be in contract with the real owner, Technimed. Still questions reamain as to the terms of that agreement. What are the term limitations of any such contract, what are the renewal stipulations, what is the status of pending litigations, etc. These issues are not erased by simple promotional efforts. In the end, depending upon the terms of said contract, all the promotion may simply be to the benefit of BV Medical. BV sells a thermometer, also a product of Technimed, through various retail outlets including Walmart. We will not know the true value of the thermometer to ASFX until the company decides to provide it's investors with the answers to these concerns.
Therefore, we must continue to do DD and search for related information. We must also be certain that we do not misinterpret or misconstrue any information that may not provide an accurate picture of ASFX to others. Dog, staying on the trail
