mike08201, not if you see things from where I do. I saw this happen in the past and saw people complaining and did a lot trying to either get their money back or at least to fix things and got none done. After a while you get saturated and know what will happen next. I saw also many who sided with Kevin's likes and ended up moving on too but after losing more. This is where experience and personal judgment come. Side with Kevin and let us know the result. I believe in results more and if I know there'll be no result I prefer not to start at all but this is just me. Good luck with your judgment.
oh, and they will NOT pay for their "illegal" behavior because it's not illegal to start with, they robbed you perfectly legally and there's nothing you can do.
and by the way, what about the previous scams where I'm sure other shareholders swore to retaliate, any news? You know what? they repeated their scams again. Let history teach you.

That's exactly what the scammers need, for us to forget it, lick our wounds, and move on. Then they have the chance to do it to another round of suckers.
No, I disagree. They should pay for their illegal behavior. Then, and only then, will these scams exist no more.
