Interesting though...why would Jones Exhaust
sell to Aero for only $3.1 mil? They are
alledgedly "profitable", but in pennyland,
that could have more than one definition...LOL
Now Aero has to find a way to come up with
$1,750,000 up-front, and conventional financing
is out of the question. Landreth will sit on
the Board, earning him more money, at least
in the short-term. I wouldn't be suprised to
see Landreth voted "off" the Board, just as
Aero did with Mr Sutera, inventor of the Aero
muffler. Can't wait to see the "audited" financials
for Jones Exhaust. I wonder how much their
business has shrink over the past 2 years.
