ncpti, no, complaints are not necessary. I can write a lot but bottom line I've seen much worth, plain robberies, and no one got anything back. I'll agree with you if you give me any similar case where pennies shareholders got anything back, can you?
Bottom line: Don't waste your time anymore. You've been had and that's simply what it is. Admit it, learn from it, then forget it, and move on! Wasting any more time or effort on this just helps add to your loss.
