Yes, the pr is ambiguous, but at the bottom RCCH thanks attorneys and people at the Exchange.

At the top rcciws is being uplisted, because it's a sole subsidiary of rcch, and will be included in the uplisting.

There will not be two separate uplistings, IMO.

But I do still think rcciws will be spun off afterwards into an IPO.

But after the article JohnnyFiber posted yesterday about the dearth of business, dearth of IPO's at Toronto Exchange, it may be awhile.
