You request your physical certs from your broker. There's about a $40-60 charge for that. You don't need to get certs for all your shares, you can leave some in your account for quick trading. I'm with TD Waterhouse, and they will not accept the cert back for deposit into my account. I don't know why. This may be different with other brokers.

After RCCH uplists you can mail your cert to their T/A to get your new certs. Your broker may accept the new ones, but if he doesn't, you'll have to open an account with a broker who will.
