I understand but IMO, not only is pumping questionable from an ethical standpoint, it serves those that have free shares than anyone that are trying to get to buy the stock. The promoters normally set an unrealistic share price target that is seldom if ever hit, leaving people that work a real job for a living and can't pay their personal bills with stock handouts holding the bag. I see where ceocast is the IR guy for these guys. Of course they were a mouthpiece for Tony's former company voic in the past. When they pay for this promotion with shares, and those shares get sold in a low volume stock, that tends to hurt anyone that already owns shares. If you're happy with pumping and dumping then that's your business but its very saddening to me to read stories of folks that loose money on penny stocks that they couldn't afford to lose. Yes, they should be responsible for their own actions (buys and sells) but I feel that mangement owes shareholders some degree of responsiblity as well. All is JMHO.
