They reported moving in with 141 Capital whose Suite is 333 in the same building. IMO, it would be interesting to check both Suites since as I recall Spzi still holds a lease on Suite 1250. I appreciate Ten's offer to visit them. A live visit is worth a lot IMO. Also, I support the questions plus any more that surface during the visit and add my name to the list. TIA
