well, as I've personally talked to the CFO 3 times, I trust her, and she appears to be honest and straight forward. She has told me that the Form 10 for uplisting WILL be filed and they're doing so as quickly as they can. I am personally expecting some material events before the end of February and am content to hold through these times. I'd add as many shares as they would sell me if I had the money.
Sometimes people get caught up in the words of people making claims...I know that you know this is the Pinks and sometimes the timeframes that a CEO or other officer tells to the public or certain individuals is not possible to be met for a multitude of reasons.
The DD here is all that matters not what one poster has to say...
I have double my position here recently and I am disgruntled by the PPS action but stand firm in my belief that ASFX will persevere.
I have a feeling that this PPS and share issue will be resolved by the company in a swift manner because of PUBLIC statements by the CEO in the past about dilutive financing not being necessary.
I am not defending TN or anyone else just saying that sometimes SH!TE happens.
One question to you and I am not bashing you...just a question...Do you ALWAYS get something done WHEN you say you will get it done? I know I do not but I damn well try as hard as I can!
