If they received a proposal, why was nothing accounced? Did they not like the terms? Did they send a counter offer?

"Nissan has a standing order from to purchase 1,000 – 2,000 IsoTorques from Torvec, but Torvec cannot afford to spend the $300,000 to manufacture this size order right now. Torvec is talking with others in order to get larger orders that would be more economical"

Not sure I understand this. Nissan has placed a standing order (for some periodic delivery) for IsoTorque Differentials obviously at a price quoted to it by the company. Yet the company can't afford to fill their order because manufacturing costs are too high?? Do I have this right?? How can that happen? Why would Torvec quote a price per IsoTorque that it can't manufacture them at? Why would Nissan place a "standing order" for a product the company can't deliver??

Can anyone fill in more details about this situation??

BTW, thanks for the report THXTOVC.

Thanks for the report THXTOVC.

Unfortunately I don't see anything in there to be bullish about. The talk about dividends and NASDAQ listing are garbage IMO. I don't believe a word of it anymore. The market penetration calculations is an old game Jim likes to play. He is also equating gross revenue to net income...and why would they pay it out in dividends when they can't even afford to fill an order for a couple thousand IsoTorques because they have no cash??? Shouldn't it be reinvested in the business if they really think there are many opportunities out there? There will be no dividend and no NASDAQ listing. This is amateur hour and Jim is playing everyone like a fiddle...IMHO.

thanks very much for the info...

seems like much is new ,and TOVC is getting closer
on larger and more important engagements.

no we didn t get ink on a contract...but the CEO update
didn t say we would. please take another read. The CEO
update was a flag for all investors that management feels
they are making huge progress on many fronts and to stay
the course and you will be rewarded.

no snapshot in time since TOVC has been public,
has it been as far advanced with products and counterparties.
no other time is even close. the option we own on great automotive technology has appreciated greatly over the last year and more so the last couple of months. The market hasn t
recognized that yet and therefore this stock is mispriced anywhere below $2.00. The economy and business environment is horrific, but we seem to be moving foward as large companies are now outsourcing to find any solution that helps them survive. TOVC will provide those solutions and the deals will follow. Hold on folks....some more patience will be rewarded.
