Slaz and I see some posting how it will hurt shareholders etc. Who knows short term but shareholders who got the 07 stock div split whatever did very well since then. Now they are about to get more shares and still be way up. SO history here is stock div made 07 shareholders a lot of money as price is way up post split basis. Price is up since 07 period. Now we have Baron thanks to Galo and INgala that made BIHC a profitable company. Yes I know nothing filed but Baron makes money and has been around for 27 years.

Keep this in mind however, that selling now means you sell away the cash dividend rights.

That's not acurate: Technically, there is *no* (known) cash divvy; if one is published (on the Daily List), any trader can buy before the ex-date and have rights to the divvy, just as with this stock action. To be fair, though, sometimes r/s actions are published so late in the day that it's tough to get out in time to avoid the r/s.

So it's possible the same thing could happen with a cash divvy.

HIE ALL;
Been down living in the stone age since ice storm....just now online....Cell phone only worked since tuesday....accidently called BARONS last night at 10:30 PM
Secretary answer and when I realized my mistake in calling
asked if I could get a service tech...to come over to queens
and check refrigeration system on the blink....She stated that
all techs were committed but might be able to work me in
next week.$$$$$$$$
just thought all longs would like to know!!!!
