No update yet, the people involved were still meeting at 3pm and we expect a meeting with one of them within the next couple of hours.
Interesting meeting with the Deputy High Commissioner of India this morning (Deputy Ambassador) and more importantly with the Former Minister of Science and Technology, Dr. Turner Isoun. He told us Dr. Coker is no longer the DG at Sheda, which is very interesting... I hope to get out there in the next few days, but we were invited to the wedding of a son of one of the State Governor's tomorrow. We think just about every top ranking politician in the country will be there. Anyone want to guess how many Sickle Cell pins are handed out at that function? :-)
