I appreciate your reporting on Errol's e-mail. My comments are not directed at the messenger nor intented to bash 141.

The fact is that the 12/10 PR states that they had commenced trading of STP1 and would report the results at the end of December (which has not happened to this point). Now Errol says that they started trading STP1 on 1/2/09. Both the December and January PR'S state that they will report the reults on Barclay's and the 141 web site. I hope that that is true.

I hope that as a former SEC attorney Errol develops a value for consistent reporting to his shareholders.

Also, I am becoming more and more concerned with the slow pace that 141 is moving at. Time is money. I am beginning to wonder what they do at the office all day.

Maybe we will receive some pleasant surprises. We are due. Errol's e-mail was a very unpleasant surprise IMO.

since other's obviously have luck getting responses from the company or 3rd party related sites, do we know what 'early february' means in terms of results being published? like the first business day of the month, the 2nd week of the month...etc....
