I just read that Arbic is becoming a board member of another company. It shows the release on Jan 27 but it didn't appear on my etrade until today.

Since March 2008, Rene Arbic has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Valtech Communications Inc. Rene Arbic has served as a member of the board of directors of ISEE3D, a 3D camera development company. Valtech Communications Inc. is a telecommunications company offering "triple play" -- a telephony, Internet and IPTV distributor. In 2004, he founded and served as General Manager of C.E.R., Longueuil, a renewable energy consultant, with operations in Senegal, Algeria, Comoros, and Madagascar. Mr. Arbic was also a freelance International telecommunications consultant for companies in Russia, Slovakia, Senegal, Algeria, and Colombia.

He was President of GSI Technologies and founded Bridgepoint International (telecommunications facilities builder) in which he served as President & CEO. In 1997, he founded and managed Rave Communications International, a New York and Montreal telecommunications consultancy. He was associated with Stentor International, Morristown, New Jersey as Director Canadian Marketing and Director United States Marketing. In the early nineties, Mr. Arbic was Director, National Accounts for AT&T Montreal and Director of governmental accounts for Cellular Canada. From 1975 to 1990, Mr. Arbic served in various capacities for Bell Canada including Director Sales and Marketing. Mr. Arbic is a graduate of the Edward Montpetit College Business Administrations.
