it looks like the stock only started trading in 2004-->

unless profitspi is not showing all the previous trades before 2004

if the company emerged from bankruptcy and had a Good Standing per DE SOS as of 2006 with only 3M authorized, then last year's quick run to .06 was justified due to the very low float imho
