rheddle, don't get me wrong I'm not bashing at all.

I came here just looking for facts I can't find any news about HAYZ just the S&P debt downgrade and the yahoo board seems to be dead.

I'm not a trader- I'm really newbie in the markets, but I'm trying to understand what is wrong with this stock.
