Its probably because there is a lot of glorious safe harbor padded "fluff" in it and of course "looky over there now, we have a new primary focus", so if it was put out in a NR the share price might crater. It appears, based on market responses to last few similar NR's, prospective buyers (the "market"?), are fed up with the "non-bottom line" NR's and never getting any verifiable & accurate results from past PR touting & gloating. Just my opinion.
