I had cycle resistance prior to the market open at 32.30
pre market has GE as high as 32.40
problem I have here is that on a daily 4 month chart the macd should cross to the upside on any close north of 32.50 or there abouts
this is a 6 month daily chart best that I can do at this time

is 7.7 % down...???
