Wow. I saw the BXP CEO on Bloomberg TV yesterday and he was quite candid about the challenging environment commercial REITs find themselves in these days. He warned that the situation is not likely to improve over the next year or even further into the future. If Q4 2008 was this bad, it doesn't bode well for the next Q, etc. Of course, for SRS it might bode very well.
