Not all of these P&D's are orchestrated in unison with the companies, though many most definitely are.

Since most of them are stock selling scams anyways, you can be sure that the scumbag CEO's are often in cahoots with the scumbag P&D players or Promotional/Pump sites.

This way both can benefit from the ensuing Pump, while the company dilutes and the Pumpers Dump.
