my only reservation is you allude to other companies the labels would rather work with. have you a lead on these other companies, that could be a good investment for us. On the flip side, the labels have been signing contracts with qtrax, so your' point about credibility being an issue does not hold water. At least not to the extent that it is keeping the labels from doing buissness with AK.
1) we have agreements with 3 of the 4 major labels and about to get Warner..
My response....It dont cost the labels a nickel to sign these agreements and they have nothing to lose if QTRAX never gets off the ground..So that really to me is not a good argument..
2) we have player...
my response....SONGbird has a player...anyone that wants to compensate Song Bird can have a Player..Not really a barrier to getting into business..
3) we are going to launch soon..why would AK go throught all the trouble to launch if this was BS..

I dont think it BS..I think he is trying to scale a hill with no peak..but I do also think that he could made life easier for shareholders private investors ect...If he just did what was right and didn't behave in such a shady manner..and look at the trouble he went through at MIDEM. He hired top talent (DON Henley) to promote QTRAX and spent 7 figures ect..and he knew what type of contracts he had..so what would stop him for saying he was going to launch and in the end not really be able pull it off?
I have more but that is enought fo know..If anyone care to hear additional reasons why I think we are kidding ourselves i would be happy to post more..
