I checked no land has been purchased or under contract I spoke to a very knowledgable Realtor in the local area that knows the situation in depth. I would imagine that the beer distribution center will not be required because it will come straight from the brewery to distributors and shipped/trucked to retail. The Flynns sold the brewery in Sacket Harbor and is we all know now owned by Seaway.
