Easy, MM's are holding it back. That's why the ASK is stacked and the BID is razor thin. Every little sell drops it, but not too far :) When the two sides flip, then she can go. Actually, the delisting PR was completely bad timing and probably scared off any weak hands, not knowing what they are dealing with.
