I think he is disgusting myself, sick of his nonsense. Stop reprimanding the shareholders for their thoughts and get to work with your buddies to reward the shareholders and themselves at the same time. Pitiful display on his part everyday, makes me sick. Glad I'm watching and waiting for this plan to unfold. I keep backing up my time table to get back in because of the games these dopes are playing.

My question is: Is there a buyer in the wings? Yes or no? Do they legally have to annouce this sort of thing if true? Are any contracts signed? Come on, a shred of transparency would be appreciated by folks being screwed. Afterall, you have no problem taking our money, maybe you could pay some back once in a while. Forget about the MM's, they aren't the issue anymore at this point. The company has the silver bullet and prefers to not use it while the shark attack continues.

AGREE 100% with Wrinkles.

Doug Furth DOES NOT represent SpongeTech Delivery Systems!!!

His statement: "If the wait and the frustration level is too great for you to bear then just sell out your position and be gone." is reckless and unwarranted!!! With such a large position (capable of affecting the pps), I would say a statement like that is in the "fuzzy, grey" area of manipulation and possible SEC violation. Is he wanting you to sell, so the price drops, and the shares can be purchased at a lower price? As a 5% shareholder (if not bigger, depending on the true O/S and A/S) he should not be making such public statements! Why is a professional investment fund manager hanging around a message board in the first place?

Besides...

This information SHOULD be coming straight from management's mouth!!!

Here lies my problems with management: They DO NOT communicate with it's shareholders!!! I unfortunately, overlooked this fact and enjoyed listening to Doug Furth, following his lead. What changed? "I WOKE UP!" Doug Furth is out for whose interests? Yours? Ours? Mine?

First and foremost: Doug Furth's!!! Luckily, his interests are in line with all of ours. To see a company succeed and grow.

If management came out and said "We're going to the SEC and reporting the apparent abuse by several MMs." Would that foster more confidence? Don't let others tell you a company is powerless!!! They have tools to overcome. Where's their lawyer teams they have retained?

What am I hearing...the PLAN IS BEING DELAYED!!! If one ever existed in the first place. It's the same story we've all heard since June 2008!!!
