Could someone explain to me what might be happening? I see that Tony is the CEO of a new company created from a shell. Am I right that two other companies were acquired by the new company? Will that new company be a subsidiary of DNAP? Will it be a separate entity and our stock will remain right where it is now? I don't see how this helps DNAP. I only see how it is good for the owners of the new company.
