We don't need no stinking pumping!! The stock was taken down on false information of 2 billion shares were about to hit the street. They did not do their research properly. They thought the financier was some floorless debenture and they took it down hard and fast. Now they are living with the reality the financiers were related to the company and it had a conversion factor of .01 per share, not floorless. Further, the shares can be bought back if the stock price goes to .50! That clause tells me these shares will never see the street when the restrictions come off. Another mistake made by the shorters. Now since then, patents have been issued to Genta and also an Orphan drug status has been approved for another drug!! We all know we are waiting for an FDA approval anytime on Genesense! There is a huge naked short position on this stock because NONE of those 2 billion shares will see the street. They have not even been registered for distribution!! Thats my story and I am sticking to it.
