Well that would seem like an extra positive that the company as well as he himself invested in EGMI, though, at the same time, one would think that is pretty common.

Hey chance, I'm responding to your post about H. Shepard Boone. I looked at your link to Ingalls & Snyder's website last Wednsesday, and I know I saw Boone's name listed as one of the account management directors. Just by luck, I happened to check that link of yours again tonight, and I noticed that they pulled Boone's name off of that list.

That was prety quick. And scary. Do you have any inkling as to whether Boone was the one mostly responsible for putting Ingalls & Snyder into 3.2 million shares of EGMI? Or might it have been Thomas Boucher, who is still apparently a manging director at Ingalls & Snyder, and whose name appears as the signatory on all the 13-G's filed for their EGMI holdings?

I don't know. This seems like Boone's baby to me. Or would that be a conflict of interest since Boone owns 2.9 mil shares personally?
