Well looking at Evo Morales.....I can´t blame him for letting 500 years of "indian suffering" out on the Bolivian high society! He just pushed the new constitution through with a 60% majority. But it all looks to me like an "authoritarian regime" here!!!!! I don´t remember the exact words of this but here it goes:
"What is worst? A dictatorship where the strong rules over the weak or a dictatorship of the weak ruling over the strong?"
In Bolivia´s case it´s more like the 2nd one! And that seems to be exactly the problem! Evo doesn´t go for the dialogue! He´s apparently not very good in that. He uses the brutal force in order to push through his ideas!
In an article I read the other day, the vice president Linares or something threatened the State governors of the opposing side with jail if they would not accept this majority vote! I mean WTF??????? Is that a democracy Evo is talking all the way? WOW
