how do you know there isn't a ND agreement between spooz/kaitrade and bloomberg? i'm not saying there is but it is a possibility...at least, i hope it is...

Since they told you they couldn't talk about STv2 due to an NDA, then it would mean they are also bound by the NDA. Keep in mind that Spooz handed the ball over to KaiTrade to implement STv2, which was accomplished though their license to distribute and support the product. This means it would include KaiTrade in any NDA Spooz is involved in.
