Wrong. R&D companies are vulnerable in that they need sufficient funding until the income is sufficiently developed (initially, they always lose money, and later, when successful, make money.) Small R&D startups are routinely victimized in exactly the way that Babe describes.

I agree 100% with what Babe said.

hate to disagree, Porgie...nothing personal, but companies that are manipulated like DNAG and a ton of other otcbb stocks with once great potential, cannot thrive. This stock has been naked shorted for years now...and because they had to do a RS, partly because of that manipulation, investors were badly hurt and many moved on.
Those who stood to gain by lowering the share price, did so...and companies who are in this kind of
quick sand cannot thrive.
They can't pay staff...they can't get
serious investors interested...they can't grow within because of lack of funding. Startups get mostly slapped around in America, and so, only those companies that have ties to the deep pockets of wall st. controllers, can
survive.
You cannot make money, if you don't have solid investment...look at the companies now, once prosperous, but who cannot get loans from our dumb banks to support their mfg. and pay roll..anymore ~ the thing that kept them going in the past.
That is such a false conclusion.
If you have connections on wall st., you can make it...if you are an honest
individual like Tony...and try to play the game forthrightly...you can no longer win, as a rule.
Biotechs are notorious for not making it...and we, as a nation, are the losers...as is the population of the world.
No, it's not that simple, Sir....it's
one of the most complex problems public companies starting out have to face...and a painful way to make a living, indeed.
Those who do this...are to be lauded..
because too often, in this nation, they get kicked in the face and no helping hand ever picks them up and
helps them towards the road to success.
You make it sound like child's play
it's. a vicious, punishing, horrific system...and if DNAG succeeds, it will be nothing short of a miracle.
But America needs positive outcomes now...needs to get down to basics, to what really matters...and health will always matter.

Wish I could find a copy of that poem I wrote years ago...The Oak in the Acorn, or some such about DNAG...
that told the story as I hope it to be and believe it will be one day, some way.
