A couple of video poker machines were paying off nicely (but not to me). One was paying so much so frequently, they shut it down.

I must admit, I've never seen that happen - for sure it's never happened to me. ;) I was in Tahoe over the long holiday weekend & I witnessed a young lady hitting 4 separate Royal Flush progressive jackpots @ Harvey's of $6700, $6400, $4700 & $4002. That last one was hit while she was waiting to be paid from the royal on the machine next to it. I was amazed, I was shocked, I was impressed & most of all, I was so, so jealous! <g>
