A Reverse Split will be the final death blow, there will be little to zero chance for longs to recover from a R/S, the major reason the company would do this is because they need cash NOW and the only means to get this cash is to sell shares, so they can do a 1 for 1000 for 10,000 R/S leave the A/S as is and dilute away...
