one thing missing from that pr is that the company feels it will be able to use it's trading profits to fund the business going forward starting Jan 2009 like previously stated

so the next pr to get us out of the cellar should be
'based on trading profits for the month of January 2009 alone, the company has been able to eliminate the 504 and use those trading profits to fund the business going forward'

that is something like what etim did when it too shot up from the dark and scary quadruple digit trading
