No, you're not wrong in asking, I'm in the process of going through some historical data plus the filings.
I watched level 11 all day, it was green throughout the day, very few sells until the last hour unless the sells were being masked as buys.
After I have collected all my data I will contact Carol, something is not kosher here.
A new MM come on board and sat on the ask side a long time, NDBC and AGIS with NDBC holding the position longer.
My questions to Carol will be blunt as I'm pi$$ed beyond belief.
I'm thinking insider selling, that is the only logical explaination I can come up with for what happened today.
I don't know if she knows all the rules of insider selling but one of them is no more than 10% of the previous days volume can be sold on any given day.
I will make sure that she does know the rules and will try everything in my power to see if the rules have been broken.
I will get back when I have all my info together.
