Some people have it in their minds that a company selling shares is always a bad thing.

Though some of the sales may have been untimely and in the past EESO was not the best at communicating with shareholders, the fact remains that EESO HAS NO DEBT...NOTHING (except the forklift if it comes down to splitting hairs).

We are looking at a huge future revenue stream with no debt loads to suck off the profits.

Could EESO have managed the past sale of shares better...Yes.
Is this company in an absolutely amazing position for future growth...Yes.

For me and my shares...we're long.

true the Company did do that as well, they did have a part in it especially Brian Kistler. But Nite has tremendous pull, and sometimes devastating.
