I'd be cautious not to mention quality boards on this site...

That is unless you want an endless barrage of sniffles, yawns, courtesy reacharounds and other non-relevant spewage.

With that said, I have been out of equities and into muni funds for over 30 months. If (when) we retest new lows, it might be an attractive time to try to pick up 10-15% on a dead cat bounce with index ETF's. It is going to take a while before enough trust is back in the market to consider long term equity positions.
