Anyone invested in the drug/biotech arena has at least an indirect stake in the outcome of this deal. Inasmuch as you’re posting on this board, that group presumably includes you.

It is just about a big company buying out another big company to stifle competition. It is ego, and power, and mania. It is bad for America, bad for innovation, and bad for people. The bigger they get, the more corrupt they become.

If you would step down from the soapbox, you would have a better chance of saying something consequential.
