Dicipline, you make a very valid point! Thank you Scerecy.

The last shareholders meeting was in October of 2007. I'm certainly no expert at the rules concerning a shareholders meetings, but I certainly agree with you and your points. Inexcusable! Like you, if the dates work out, I would also like to attend.

Scerecy, thanks for joining us on the board. I for one appreciate your insight. Please keep up the good work.

I'm not a lawyer, so I could be way off on this. What do CYRX corporate bylaws state about annual meetings, who can call one, I believe if I'm correct, you can call a special board holders meeting, if you can get 10% of the shares outstanding.
Than you send in the reason why you want the meeting. You'll need about 4.1 million shares. I think the BYLAWS Are public for shareholders to review.

I got this from the Nasdaq home page, I don't know if this applies to OTCBB stocks.

"Annual Shareholder Meetings

Must a NASDAQ company hold an annual shareholder meeting?
Yes. Rule 4350(e) requires that each issuer listing common stock or voting preferred stock, and their equivalents, shall hold an annual meeting of shareholders."

I think it would be cost effective just to hold a conference call. Have shareholders call in and ask questions.
I don't think anyone will care about an annual meeting if CYRX delivers what they promised.
