#61562 RE: GekkoTheGreat #61560

Since my broker allows both buys and sells online, my broker is nonverbally saying to me, "Make trades with us as we are not participating in the illegal activity of Naked Shorting and have nothing to be worried about!" As another matter, which I didn't mention, it costs money for your broker to conduct equity transactions when the pps is at this level, and is really almost a courtesy that they offer the service to you.

My first 10 trades are *free each month with Zecco as I maintain the minimum of $2,500 in the account. I selected my broker after conducting research that they were penny stock friendly. Thus I use the Zecco account to only trade pennies in this price range. What is your broker saying to you?

Incidentally, I can receive a referral fee for anyone I refer. If you are interested in switching, PM with a personal e-mail address. Thank you.

* FINRA TAF and Section 31 fees are still applied however. FINRA assesses the TAF on its members through clearing and self-clearing firms at a rate of $.000075 per share, with a maximum of $3.75 per trade on all liquidation (sell) orders. Section 31 fee calculation: $39.30 per $1,000,000 in principle amount on sales. Therefore, a principle amount of $140 would be subject to a Section 31 fee of $.01.
