I think he signed more CD's already for HCKE besides the one attached for $350,000 which will be a negative deal for commons. He either has signed more CD's and hasn't divulged that information or maybe transfer the old ones over from SWYV onto HCKE. I can't seem him changing his ways and actually helping shareholders financially which is what he is supposed to do.
