Speculative answers.

Q. How do you figure those were buys?
A. MM's can make it look any way they want.

Q. How many shares are outstanding?
A. TA gagged and therefore the answer is presently not known. Speculation is O/S is under 1B.

Q. To move to most exchanges they is a minimum price for the stock , I have never seen that price be less than a dollar. that would hat would indicate to me a reverse split.
A. At one time, this stock was trading at approximately $.95. Then a rash of short selling accompanied by a spike in Fails to Deliver, drove the price per share into a downward spiral. Intentions of uplisting to an International Exchange were announced, followed by the TA being gagged, followed by even larger Fail to Deliver spikes. I provided a previous posting regarding shorting, naked shorting and fails to deliver. Be sure to click on the link with the chart explanation of short sales found here: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=34894112 With respect to a new exchange, assuming the new exchange is LSE/AIM, the listing minimum requirements and answers to your question(s) can be found here:

My interpretation is that the present share price of RCCH is relatively a non-issue as an audit has been conducted on RCCH, and then NOMAD determines eligibility and a fair market value for the new shares traded. I'm in the camp of believers that a R/S will not happen in any ratio whatsoever. However, when listing probabilities of actions/outcomes using quantitative analysis, it is on my list, I've just assigned a lower probability to the outcome of a R/S.

All of the above are my opinions only and should not construed as investment grade advice. Always consider the risks carefully and conduct your own due dilegence when making an investment decision. Good luck to you.

hunter - with all of the sales at .0001 ho do you figure those were buys? That is the bid. They looked like sells to me.
A friend wants me to take a look at this stock ... how many shares are outstanding?
To move to most exchanges they is a minimum price for the stock , I have never seen that price be less than a dollar. that would hat would indicate to me a reverse split.
I will admit that I have not gone into details to a great extent but some of the very basics scare me a little.

What can I gather comfort from in with this situation?

Thank you in advance,
Al
