Looks like Item #3 on the 3rd Tranche may have yet to be formally completed:

Would love to see NeoReader decipher 1d barcodes easily and accross multiple platforms as GOOG and ScanBuy are now doing this...

Regarding NeoMedia's Texas infringement defense law firm, I hope it was a rookie attorney who responded and not one of thier top tier lawyers, or were all in trouble!
