Maybe some clinical trials will be cutting back, but either way you slice it, it doesn't matter if its dry ice or a dry vapor shipper, the samples still need to get to their final destination. MSFT nor GE will effect that process.

Small caps are rewarded during inflationary times, they can grow faster than the rate of inflation. MSFT and GE, their growth days are long behind them.
