From my SEK May 2008 tour of the SEK lease sites with Hemi Management, actually had the opportunity to see one "blank copy" of the Hemi master leases that Hemi utilizes with the land owner.

And again the net includes the these customary taxes and fees.

Now there is another interesting topic of discussion for the board, Hemi utilizes "master leases" for its SEK deals.

Pay attention Sputnik, that pending "definitive report" report of your's just might be a reflection of the DD and information that has been provided and posted on this HMGP general IHUB board.
