jcrom My understanding is they are removed from the OS. With a lower OS and profitable trading etc over the next few months the PPS should rise with the intention that when we convert back at that higher PPS 141 will be giving us less shares than we surrendered. So whether this scheme to reduce OS works depends on the ability to get the share price up over the next 3 or so months. That is how I see it. If that does not work then a RS will be very likely. BTW a RS could be imminent anyway. They are not telling us.

IMO, That was one of the biggest concerns/criteria needed to make an educated decision. Unfortunatly, I was never afforded an answer to that question....
