Here is an excerpt from a PR of the Heartbeat of America interview of Stewart Wallach and John Tate.

DEERFIELD BEACH, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--Jun 13, 2008 -- CHDT Corp. (OTC BB:CHDO.OB - News),.........."We participated in this one time programming as it provided an opportunity to share an inside perspective to the company and its operating philosophy in a unique format. As our company and products become more visible at retail and in turn in the investment community, it is important to communicate only relevant and material information in standard PR release formats. Too often small companies feel compelled to release PR on a frequent basis regardless of the value of the content," said Wallach. "We do not endorse this practice. Our management teams are accomplishing their goals and in time CHDT and its subsidiaries will be recognized as stable, well performing businesses." Wallach adds, "We are conducting our businesses according to operating plans and remain focused on meeting our objectives in spite of the economic landscape. We are committed to building good, solid businesses -- long term shareholder value is a by-product of good financial results, not PR frequency."..............

An IR event or a story about retailers visiting your booth to talk about your products is no longer PR worthy to this management. We must all get used to the idea that PR's will be very limited.

I've said it time, and time again, think longer term with CHDO.
