And has anyone ever looked at the definition of Limited Information?

It say that the company is having financial reporting problems, is distressed or in bankruptcy and/or unwilling to meet Pink OTC Markets' Guidelines for Providing Adequate Current Information.

So...according to pinksheets, GLCC is either:

- Distressed
- having problems reporting their financial status
- In bankruptcy
- Unwilling to meet Pinksheets Guidelines for providing current, adequate information.



And people here are saying that this company is going to be uplisted???

They can't meet Pinksheets' lax guidelines for crying out loud!!!!
