LMAO .... What a bunch of arrogant, obstinant, bullheaded SOBs that also appear to be grossly over paid and may be on the take! It seems like they are still digging their heels in the ground only for show as they don't want to rescind their political platform.
It's a done deal as far as the town should be concerned. The city had their chance to purchase the property but didn't for obvious reasons. Their dream of becoming a resort mecca isn't going to happen. It's almost as though the town council has an ulterior agenda since they keep pushing Laidlaw away. I wonder if any of them are in cahoots with some developers that came to the table a bit late in the game.
