RME = SPNG, the principals are the same.........That is reality
Beyond that cut and dry conflict of interest, everything else is assumption, speculation, and misinterpretation. The $$$ owed RME is debt and is even described as such in the SEC filings. Since nobody know what O/S really is, you cannot determine what the Float is either. Lastly, what would happen to everyone's "theories" if the people that say they are buying are really selling?
One of the concerns never addressed by anyone on this board or the Yayhoo board is: who is buying SPNG products? There was a lot of stink about being invested and not trying the products (some are invested even though the think the products are bad). Other than ordering from the company, there is very little retail availablity.
The concern is that 82.9% of SPNG sales come from 3 entities that only seem to exist in SPNG's SEC filings. Repeated Press Releases about huge sales to Dubai (red flag) is atypical penny stock IMO.
Anything anyone can add about SPNG's customers would be crucial to answering a lot of questions. So far, it does not seem that anyone really cares.
